What we collect
Only what you type in our forms: your email address, and for the contact form your name, the type of project, a date, a number of guests and your message. For the guest list, we also keep the topics you ticked.
Why
To reply to your request, to send you invitations and news from Lindo if you joined the guest list, and nothing else. We never sell or share your details for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who handles your data
Form messages are delivered to our inbox through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which acts as our processor. Our email is hosted by OVHcloud.
How long we keep it
Contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange. Guest list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to [contact email]. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when the page loads.
